Our Philosophy:
The goal of this business and home is to have the clients feel they are truly in their own private home, not an institution. We will provide safety and care to each individual according to their individual needs, likes and dislikes. We will encourage as much independency as the client can maintain and yet provide a safe environment for each as he/she is striving in his/her independency.
Location:
The home is located 4 miles east of Shawano and 4 miles west of Bonduel in the middle of an Amish community. The driveway is off a well maintained county road in the midst of farm country. There are woods viewable from every window.
Home Accessibility:
Blacktop driveway, easy driving parking lot for 5 vehicles plus one handicap section with unloading apron; blacktop surface follows up to two separate home ramped entrances; all doorways 36" wide with levered handles; handicap accessible kitchen, laundry room and two full baths; hall is 5 feet wide with handrail; large spacious rooms. Home designed for accessibility for individuals with mobility concerns.

Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with cathedral ceiling and eight large windows giving a 270 degree view of outdoors. View is of farms, farmland, farm animals, wildlife and sveral flowering bushes and trees. Exercise room consists of skylight and two tinted viewing windows to the living room. One very large railed porch off the living room, good for visiting with company; another small porch for a couple to sit privately in the midst of several bushes and trees.
