Client Responsibilities:
  1. Items of a personal nature; including incontinence products, personal hygiene supplies...
  2. Clothing, outdoor garments and footwear
  3. Wheelchair and other mobility devices
  4. Transportation costs
  5. Telephone, TV, computer for bedroom (all are available in great room, phone - limited long distance calls.)
  6. If desire private line, unlimited long distance and any other associated cost are client's responsibilities.
  7. Any services not listed as being provided by the facility are client's responsibility.
